What the request form collects

The Tally questionnaire asks about the task you want help with, what you have tried, what a useful result would look like, and your reply email. It also records campaign labels from the page link, such as the source and campaign, so I can tell which experiment a request came from.

I use this information to review your request, reply if it fits the pilot, and understand which tasks people need help with. Applying does not book a session or subscribe you to marketing.

Where information is processed

Tally stores form responses and provides the questionnaire. Cloudflare hosts this website. These services may process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect their services. You can read Tally’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your choices

Only send information you are comfortable using for this pilot. Do not include passwords, confidential documents, sensitive personal information, or private information about other people. You can email the contact above to ask to access or delete your request. Requests are kept only as long as needed to review, reply, and run the pilot.
